This Brinktop 2023 Killara Pinot Noir reflects its terroir, the selection of clones and the season. The cooler 2023 weather conditions make an elegant, slightly understated Pinot Noir while in the background the Pommard clone (51%) delivers the wine structure and power. The 115 (Dijon) clone floats sweet fruity characters from start to finish.

A bright ruby red colour, aromas of red fruit - raspberry and red currant lead into a palate of darker red fruits. Black cherries, plums and turkish delight. Black tea and black pepper spicy notes. Fine and well integrated tannins with some chalky texture.

Drink now in its vibrant youth or cellar for up to 10 years.
