Pinot Noir 2018 x 6 bottles
Review by Tyson Stelzer in the 2022 Halliday Wine Companion:
Hand-picked fruit from the Mount Wellington foothills. Whole berries and 5% whole bunches fermented for 17 days; matured 10 months in French oak barriques. A spicy, characterful Southern Tasmanian pinot noir, loaded with white pepper, potpourri and berry compote. Tangy acidity makes for a bright finish, if a little sweet and sour, well supported by finely crafted tannins. Expressive, well made and well priced.
