Pinot Noir 2017 x 6 bottles

As James Halliday said, “this isn’t a wine to be trifled with. Its complex bouquet and palate providing a full-on savoury Pinot” so it can handle a little flavour and spice but it has had a few years in the bottle since James’ review and has had time to settle down and come together. It is now displaying earthy bottle age characteristics and is ready for drinking now.
