Brinktop Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Only one barrel of this wine was made from fruit grown on a sheltered north facing 25 year old vineyard in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania. We hand picked the fruit then allowed the grapes to ferment on skins for 16 days before pressing into French oak barrels. The wine was matured in the barrel for three years and bottled in June 2020.
No nut or fish products used. Vegan friendly. 12.8% alc/vol
