southern open vineyards weekend
We're excited to be part of this annual event when dozens of vineyards in the south of Tasmania open their doors to visitors to show off their latest release wines and more. Brinktop is open Friday 19th from 2 to 6 pm and then Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 5pm
Paul Willcock and Sara Chugg from PW CATERING will be offering LUNCH ON SUNDAY from 12 noon to 3pm
Their food is prepared by them using fresh Tasmanian ingredients with meat and vegetables cooked on their very own American style offset smoker.
