Brinktop Pinot Noir 2017
Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania. Partial wild ferment, open vat, hand plunged then basket pressed after 16 days on skins. Matured in a mix of old and new French oak barriques for 16 months. Bright ruby red wine with a juicy palate of cherry and hints of white pepper.
