We are excited to be part of the inaugural Tasmanian Wine Festival so we hope you can make it. This weekend at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens there'll be live music, delicious food and plenty of wine. Our 2015 Sparkling Rose will be making her debut appearance showing off a blush of pink, a plush mousse and a mouthful of strawberry. Made by Alain Rousseau in the traditional method and bottle fermented. We will also be pouring Todd's Tempranillo made with wild ferment, basket pressed and aged in American oak barrels and three Pinot Noirs.
